Rambler Media holds a 50.1% controlling stake in Begun and will acquire the remaining stake from Bannatyne for $69.9m and then sell the entire 100% stake to Google. Begun's contextual ad platform includes 35,000 individual advertisers and more than 50,000 partner distribution sites.... read more
